The property is located in a quiet residential area and has views of Mounts Bay from the front terrace.

Park Road can easily be accessed via public transport (bus stop by Newlyn School of Art) but if walking, a reasonable level of fitness is required in view of the uphill location.

Local shops, beach, promenade and harbour are all within 10 minutes walk away, including cafes, wine bar, pubs, restaurants and the fabulous Newlyn Filmhouse.

Shops include a pharmacy, fermentary, Co-Op, cheese shop, greengrocer, x 2 bakeries, butcher and x 3 fishmongers!  Also a chandlery, gift shops, galleries, antiques and collectables, charity shop and a mobile post office van which visits twice a week! We are blessed!

Penzance town centre is approx 25-30 minutes walk along the scenic promenade where you will find the amazing Jubilee Pool which has a large sea water pool, cafe and geothermal pool!

There is an excellent performing arts venue in PZ called The Acorn offering live music of all genres, theatre, circus, comedy and more - at least 3 days per week.

In Newlyn we also benefit ftom West Cornwall Inner Space where you will find a range of yoga, meditation, dance classes and massage treatments.

...and for fitness fanatics there is a gym!
