You won't get fancy long descriptions here but you will get a warm welcome and flexible hospitality when you arrive!

Your host, Sue, is an active volunteer in her local community, happy to keep a low profile and offering to share her home - more than just a room...

This modest 2 storey, 3 bedroom, mid-terraced house faces south east and therefore benefits from natural light and is simply furnished, warm and clean.

There are 2 rooms available but only one booking accepted at any one time (for one or both rooms).

The double room is situated at the rear of the property and the small single room is located at the front with sea view. The other room can be used free of charge as extra space if needed.

The entrance involves a few steep steps therefore please take this into consideration in terms of accessibility.

Anyone with a bicycle is welcome to bring this into the rear courtyard and store in a lockable shed.

Guests will be given a set of keys if staying longer than one night and, apart from sharing with the owner, will have the house to themselves.

Shared use of kitchen and living-room and shared or exclusive use of bathroom (on request). 

Continental style breakfast provided.

Arrival and departure times flexible.

No smoking inside the house but fine outside. No pets.
